ACCOUNT DELETION POLICY

Effective Date: October 04, 2026

1. General Provisions

This Account Deletion Policy (hereinafter — the "Policy") defines the procedure and conditions for deleting a user account of the "Chess Online" mobile application (hereinafter — the "App").

Sole Proprietor Tkachenko T.V. (hereinafter — "We", "Us", "Operator") respects Your right to deletion of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".

2. Right to Deletion

Every user has the right to request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time without providing a reason.

3. Deletion Procedure

3.1. Submitting a Request. To delete Your account, You must send a request to the product administration email address: info@chess.integrator.space.

3.2. Request Requirements. The request must contain:

The email address associated with the account
Your username (nickname) in the App
A clear statement of Your desire to delete the account (e.g., "I request to delete my Chess Online account")

3.3. Identification. To protect against unauthorized deletion, we may request additional verification of Your identity (e.g., a response from the registered email address).

4. Deletion Timeline

4.1. Processing Time. Account deletion is carried out within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the moment Your request is received and confirmed.

4.2. Confirmation. Upon completion of deletion, You will receive an email confirming that Your account and personal data have been deleted.

5. Consequences of Deletion

After account deletion:

You will lose access to the App under this account
All game history, statistics, rating, and other data will be permanently deleted
Account recovery will be impossible
Active subscriptions or paid services will be cancelled (refunds are governed by payment providers' terms)

6. Exceptions

We may retain certain data after account deletion in cases provided by law:

To comply with legal obligations (e.g., tax legislation)
To protect legitimate interests (e.g., fraud investigation)
In anonymized form for statistical purposes

Such data will be retained no longer than necessary for the respective purposes.

7. Refusal of Deletion

In exceptional cases, we may refuse to delete an account if:

The request cannot be identified
There are legal obligations to retain data
The data is necessary for establishing, exercising, or defending legal claims

In case of refusal, we will notify You of the reasons for such decision within 14 days.

8. Policy Updates

We may update this Policy from time to time. We will notify You of material changes through the App or by email.
