TERMS OF USE

1. Acceptance of Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the "Chess Online" mobile application (hereinafter — the "App"), You (hereinafter — the "User") agree to comply with these Terms of Use (hereinafter — the "Terms"), entered into between You and Sole Proprietor Tkachenko T.V. (hereinafter — "We", "Us", "Owner").
If You do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the App.
2. Service Description
The "Chess Online" App provides the ability to:
- Play chess online with other users
- Create an account and save game history
- Access statistics and rating
- Use additional features (optionally — paid subscriptions)
We reserve the right to modify, add, or remove App features at any time without prior notice.
3. User Account
3.1. Registration. To access full functionality, You may create an account by providing accurate information.
3.2. Responsibility. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of Your login and password, as well as for all actions performed under Your account.
3.3. Prohibition of Transfer. You may not transfer, sell, or provide access to Your account to third parties.
3.4. Termination. We reserve the right to block or delete Your account in case of violation of these Terms.
4. Code of Conduct
The User agrees not to:
- Use cheating software, bots, or artificial intelligence for playing
- Harass other users or use offensive language
- Distribute spam, advertisements, or malicious software
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to App servers
- Infringe copyrights or other rights of third parties
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the App, including code, design, logo, chessboard, pieces, and other elements, belong to Sole Proprietor Tkachenko T.V. or its licensors.
You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the App for personal non-commercial purposes.
6. Paid Services
Some App features may be available for a fee (subscriptions, premium access, etc.).
6.1. Payment. Payments are processed through third-party payment systems (Google Play, App Store, Stripe, etc.).
6.2. Refunds. Refunds are made in accordance with the rules of the respective platform.
6.3. Price Changes. We reserve the right to change prices for paid services with at least 7 days' prior notice.
7. Disclaimer
7.1. Availability. We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free operation of the App. The service may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance or other circumstances.
7.2. Content. We are not responsible for the actions of other users or external links.
7.3. Damages. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or incidental damages arising from the use of the App.
8. Termination of Access
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Your access to the App at any time without notice in case of violation of these Terms.
9. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes Your acceptance of the new Terms.
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in accordance with applicable legislation.
